Meet Hillary.

Hillary Biscay is a seasoned triathlete with over 18 years of coaching experience and a decade of experience as a professional Ironwoman. Hillary's impressive athletic career includes completing 66 iron-distance triathlons, winning Ironman Wisconsin in 2008, and taking home the Ultraman World Championship title in 2013. In addition to her monumental palmarès in triathlon, Hillary also swam in college at the University of Southern California and even competed in the US Olympic Swimming Trials in 2000. With her wealth of experience and dedication to the sport, Hillary is a valuable resource for athletes looking to improve their performance and reach their goals.

In addition to her extensive experience as a triathlete and athletic coach, Hillary is a mom of four young children and four rescue dogs who has founded and built two successful businesses, first in tandem with her professional racing career and more recently while welcoming four children to her family in less than 3.5 years through birth and adoption. Hillary brings this rich life experience to her practice as a holistic wellness coach who is dedicated to helping her clients expand their mental framework to push beyond their perceived limits and create the life they’ve dreamed of. Hillary believes that with courage, consistency, and a coach’s unwavering support, these dreams are not a matter of if but how. Hillary is an expert at helping her clients identify areas of opportunity for growth.
